At TradinResearch, our goal is to provide the best possible services to our clients, and we strive to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. We believe in complete transparency when it comes to our refund and cancellation policy and hence we request our clients to read the policy carefully before subscribing to our services.
Once the client has subscribed to our services, it is understood that they have gone through the terms of use, risk analysis, and other features of the service. We recommend the client to utilize the free trial period to evaluate the service and understand the suitability of our services. However, we do not offer any guarantees or warranties on our recommendations, and we cannot provide any refund or cancellation support once the services have been subscribed to.
It is the responsibility of the client to go through all the pros and cons of subscribing to our services and understand the risks and rewards ratio before paying for the services. We do not endorse any claim of refunds or cancellations once the services have been subscribed to, as the execution of real-time recommendations plays a significant role in profits and losses for which the client is solely responsible.
In case the client faces any difficulty in interpreting the signals, they can seek guidance from the assigned representative. We will make every effort to increase the satisfaction levels in such cases. However, any request by the client to cancel the service or get a refund will not be entertained in any case.
In the event that TradinResearch finds misappropriation or faults in the information provided by the client, and, through its sole discretion, decides not to provide services to the client, the client shall be refunded as soon as possible. Refund of paid subscription charges stands null and void in case of non-receipt of SMS/WhatsApp of recommendations due to service/network or technical errors. If the records from our SMS service provider indicate that service SMS were sent to the number provided by the client, we will consider it as the delivery of service from our end and will not entertain any refund based on non-delivery of SMS.
In case of non-utilization of services in the beginning or at any point within the service tenure due to unforeseen circumstances at the client’s end, on written request from the client’s registered email ID, the service duration can be modified or suspended till the client’s consent is received for voluntary reactivation. However, refund or cancellation requests cannot be entertained in such cases.
We urge our clients to carefully evaluate our services and understand the risks and rewards involved before subscribing. We believe this will lead to a more fruitful and hassle-free consultancy experience for the client.
